Personality assessments never trump personal decisions.

We love labels.
- Introvert
- Extravert
- Thinker
- Feeler
But labels can become limits.

An introvert can be a great prospector. Lead generation is a choice, not a personality trait.

Harvard found that 95 percent of people think they are self aware. Only about 10 percent truly are. Most conflict is not personality. It is misunderstanding.

Like the rabbit and duck illusion. Two people see the same picture. Both are right. Both are incomplete.

The person who understands best usually solves best. If you want more influence, stop fighting to be right. Start seeking to understand.
