Meet the Team - Gracie

Gracie is our Operations Manager and uses her many talents to handle all of the operations and transaction coordination for Williamson Group. If you are a client, you know firsthand how amazing and passionate Gracie is about going above and beyond to ensure that you are taken care of during the transaction process. We couldn't imagine Williamson Group without her! 

How would you describe your ideal client relationship? 

I think the success of any relationship is largely dependent upon strong communication. When both parties in a relationship hold high standards of communication, they set clear expectations of each other from the beginning. They value listening to and seeking to understand each other’s needs, anxieties and desires. When you seek to understand someone – and feel understood – you respect each other and trust is developed. Trust and respect holds people accountable to delivering on their promises and feelings of shared experiences. Especially in something as big as buying or selling your home, it’s great to feel like you are true partners in a transaction. I strive to build a partnership with every client – I want them to feel like we are a part of their family and they are a part of ours. 

What do you love about Austin? 

Austin is my favorite place I have lived around the country. When I first moved to Austin in the winter several years ago, I marveled at how each restaurant (everywhere) had adjoining outdoor seating spaces. In the other seasons of the year, I marveled at how much joy Austinites found in spending hours in the company of their family and friends over a table of food and drinks in the Texas sunshine all across the city. I am in love with Austin’s food scene. I draw a lot of pleasure from food experiences. Austin’s food scene is not only vibrant and plentiful, but also tasty and diverse. Food here is a culture and an experience of which I never tire.

When you are not working, where will we find you? 

You’ll likely find me at a grocery store, and then cooking in my kitchen at home with my family in any of my spare time. I am very passionate about cooking, baking and eating with my family.

What accomplishment (career or personal) are you most proud of? 

I am most proud of the life and family my husband and I have built together. We have worked hard, served our country, earned well-rounded educations, and supported each other in laying the paths to live our dreams. When we look at our happy and healthy daughter together in our beautiful home each day, I know that our dedication to each other has made us successful and self-sufficient partners, parents and proud contributors to society.

What’s your favorite place in your home?

I always knew that when it came time to investing in a home, it would HAVE to have a great kitchen space. I grew up in a large Italian family. Most of my childhood memories and family traditions center around cooking and enjoying meals with family in the kitchen. For me, food memories are some of the very best kind of memories. These days, I find a lot of joy in the time that I spend in my wonderful kitchen creating for and with my own little family.
